Dr. Cheryl Braud is a board-certified ENT specialist with over 30 years of experience. She is an alumna of LSU Medical School (1993, New Orleans) and concluded her Otolaryngology residency at LSU Health Sciences Center, Shreveport, in 1999. She holds board certification in Otolaryngology from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Braud is known for her warm personality and dedication to the health of her patients. Her expertise allows her to resolve uncomfortable or unhealthy ear, nose, and throat conditions and disorders in both children and adults.

Dr. Cheryl Braud, MD, is an otolaryngology (ear, nose & throat) specialist in Baton Rouge, LA, who is known for offering compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Braud achieved a Bachelor of Science degree at Louisiana State University, Baton Route, followed by a Master of Communication Disorders in Audiology at LSU Center Allied Health in New Orleans. 

She then advanced her education, earning her Doctor of Medicine at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, followed by an internship in General Surgery at Louisiana State Medical School in Shreveport, LA, and a residency in  Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
She is married to vascular surgeon Dr. Paul Perkowski and is a dedicated Baton Rouge physician with outstanding professional skills, experience, and compassion.

Dr. Braud, M.D. attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She completed a Master of Communication Disorders in Audiology at LSU Center Allied Health in New Orleans. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Louisiana State University, New Orleans.
